Advanced Interviewing Skills – 1 Day Training Course

An advanced course aimed primarily at experienced workers, middle and senior managers. This programme builds on our popular Basic Interview Skills course by taking a more detailed look at interview and questioning techniques, managing the interview process and finally an introduction to presentation skills. There will also be an opportunity to take part in video role-play followed by constructive feedback and analysis.

This course is delivered by our experienced trainers who have many years of practical experience in senior management. We will give you a more detailed insight into the procedure that an interviewer goes through and we will then put the theory into practice. With the aid of technology you will benefit from seeing how you “perform” in an interview situation and with help from our friendly trainers you can develop you own interview style. This course runs with small numbers to allow for important time to be spent with each delegate on a 1:1 and a group basis.
