Amy moved to the UK 16 years ago when she worked for Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions. She has extensive experience in recruitment and assessment for a range of roles including executive management, engineering, sales, finance and administration. As a corporate recruiter she can provide insight to candidates who are seeking employment opportunities. She is qualified and licensed for various psychometric instruments including those distributed by SHL and Oxford Psychologists Press. Amy works as a management training and psychometrics consultant and has over 20 years of experience with international personnel functions including recruitment, training, organisational development, employee relations, outplacement and staff management. Her time is split between working with clients and lecturing at the University of Northumbria and Northumberland College. The lecturing has focused upon employability skills such as interview techniques and effective presentations. Amy has been awarded a Professional Graduate Diploma in Adult Learning from the University of Sunderland and completed her Bachelor degree at the University of Arizona.
