Graham began his career in Local Government but soon switched into the Finance and Automotive sector. Following a highly successful career with Ford Motor Company he held a number of senior positions with major Plc Dealer Groups and Independent Finance Companies - mainly in the North East. Since 2007 he has worked as a Business and Education Consultant engaged on projects in the UK and also in the USA.

An experienced coach and trainer he has a great empathy with young people and a genuine desire to help them into the world of work and to see them climb the career ladder – he has years of experience in selection and recruitment at all levels across all business sectors. Graham has owned and run businesses in Northumberland so he can identify with some of the challenges now facing the self-employed and SME’s.

Outside of work he acts as a mentor with The Princes’ Trust, he is an Honorary Life Member of Children North East and he is a former governor of Newcastle College. He is an executive member of the Society of Education Consultants.
