Sara began her career in Clinical Psychology and has since moved on to work in the Occupational Psychology sector. With an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology and Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology, Sara believes the key to business success is through the personal and professional development of a diversity of employees. With relevant experience in both the public and private sector, she is committed to tailoring organisational solutions to meet individual client needs.

 

Sara has experience of designing and implementing a range of employee recruitment and development packages. A great believer in the power of Emotional Intelligence, she is committed to increasing holistic effectiveness at individual, team and organisational levels.
