Training Courses

From time to time all employers recognise that there is something missing within the business. It may be a matter of resource, it may be that sales volumes are falling, it may be a failing in communication within or beyond the business, or simply a lack of relevant information.

We at Inspire People Development offer employers two different propositions. We do provide consultancy services and through a dialogue we can discover what the problems and issues are and discuss with you how they might be tackled and resolved. It may be that you are already clear, or else it becomes clear, that what you need is a training service and we can help you in that way also.

It may be that you are already clear about the training need but we would in any case help you to be clear about that before considering how best to respond. A training course may not of itself be the answer, or the total answer. Our aim is to help you arrive at the best solution taking account of the desired outcomes and, of course, costs.

We do provide courses on both Employment Law and Equality & Diversity which you will find described in the next few pages. However even these standard deliverables can be customised appropriately to make them relevant to your circumstances.
