As experienced Trainers and Business Managers it is our opinion (and practical experience) that in general schools, colleges and universities do very little to prepare students for an effective introduction to the “real world” of work!

Here at Inspire People Development we aim to pick up where the traditional education establishments have ground to a halt and run out of ideas. With years of practical and relevant experience operating at senior management level (in both public and private sectors) our consultants and trainers know just what employers are looking for in an interview situation.

So after years of designing job specifications, advertising, sifting through applications, assessment centres, short listing, interviewing, testing, offer letters, induction processes, motivation, measurement, appraisal, feedback, career progression......we are prepared to step from behind the desk and reveal all......to offer support and guidance where it really is needed.

We have a small number of generic courses that form the basis of our programme however we are flexible and small enough to care about individual circumstances and needs.
